RS Breakers & Controls is an Original Equipment Supplier that provides excellent customer service and customized solutions. Our 35,000-square-foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products, including MCC wrapper/buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and so much more. We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial and industrial needs.

**The Position**:
As a Quotation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing customer inquiries, preparing detailed and accurate quotations, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be essential in coordinating with various internal teams to ensure timely and competitive quotations are provided to our clients. You will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer inquiries and requests for quotations to understand technical requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and technicians to gather all necessary information for creating comprehensive quotations.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines.
- Review supplier quotations and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the quotation process.
- Maintain and update the quotation database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Support the sales team in following up with customers regarding quotations and addressing any queries they may have.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to make informed decisions in the quotation process.
- Participate in regular meetings with sales and management teams to discuss performance and improvements in the quotation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement efficiency improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sales/Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Quotation Specialist or in a similar role within the electrical industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze technical specifications accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and customers.
- Experience using ERp - Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

**Salary and Benefits**:
