Jr. Inside Sales Representative- We’re looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.- This is a Full-time, Salaried position.**About The Jr. Inside Sales Representative**:
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of sales? Do you thrive on building relationships and providing top-notch customer support? Are you eager to grow and learn in a dynamic team environment? The incumbent will be reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside other members on the sales team. The Jr. Inside Sales will provide customer support by assisting with order configuration, project estimation, and providing advice and solutions to issues using general industry knowledge, while developing and maintaining productive relationships with customers.-
**What you will be doing in the role**:

- Review project specifications to create proposals and quotations for projects.
- Provide advice and solutions to customers using company products.
- Receive inbound phone calls to provide customer service, information, and quotations.
- Enter orders into an ERP system.
- Develop strong and productive relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Highly organized with a positive attitude.
- Desire and ability to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, tact and judgement.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Able to lift up to 15lbs, may work in hot areas 5%, noise 5%.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- College diploma, university degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Applicable technical aptitude preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing an asset

**This position works out of our Mississauga, Ontario location. Hours are typically 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with flexibility.**
