**Seeking**: We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. Experience in property management is considered a strong asset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Rent administration, invoicing, account reconciliations, payment processing, and collections
- Updating tenant information and lease agreements, and maintaining account information
- Resolving collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit line
- Reviewing and maintaining monthly rent roll for accuracy and billing
- Preparing reports as required and keeping accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Reviewing and maintaining monthly rent roll for accuracy and billing
- Acting as a liaison between Accounting and the Leasing Manager/Building Managers
- Banking duties as required (e.g., depositing post-dated checks or cash)
- Protecting the organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Filing and other administrative duties

**Qualifications**:

- Related post-secondary education and 2+ years pf previous accounting experience in a similar environment.
- Competency in accounting software, databases, and MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in Canada is a must
