**To be successful as our new Volunteer and Student Services Coordinator, you will**:

- Hold a Certificate in Volunteer Management or demonstrate relevant experience
- Understand the demands of working healthcare and the value of students and volunteers
- Welcome Volunteers & Students to the village and provide a warm and welcoming onboarding experience
- Prepare and Implement the Volunteer Training and Orientation
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members

**It would be an asset if our new Volunteer Coordinator has**:

- A Diploma in Gerontology, social services and or Recreation
- A current Heart Save level of CPR/First Aide (or a willingness to obtain)
- Experience supporting volunteers in a social service setting
