**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in leading and managing the monthly, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting policies.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analyses, and forecasts.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll functions.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including department collaboration.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies.
- Partner with external auditors for year-end audits and tax filings.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in financial systems, tools, and workflows, and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable financial regulations and corporate policies.

**What Makes You a Great Match?**

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- CPA designation required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Previous experience supervising a team.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Advanced Excel skills, ERP experience preferred (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP)
