**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as an **Assistant Controller** we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Be the primary contact for accounting contracts, including vendor setups, unit setups, revenue coordination, and ad hoc queries.
- Conduct monthly financial closes, including reconciliation of revenue and balance sheet accounts; assist with monthly rebate revenue allocations, variance analysis of actuals to budget, revenue accruals, deferred revenue amortization, and calculation of client-earned rebates.
- Participate in budget assistance and monthly forecasting of results.
- Manage accounts receivable collections for problematic accounts.
- Approval of revenue recognition requests valued between $5K - $10K, pro forma run rates, RDP setups and reporting, and FIM analysis requests.
- Assist with external audit requests and key financial control requirements.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting/finance role - either in public accounting or similar industry.
- University/college education in business/accounting required.
- Professional accounting designation or close to completing preferred.
- JDE and CERES experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Thrive under pressure with multiple concurrent deadlines.
