**Job Title**: Controller Assistant for Auto Dealership

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Controller in managing the dealership’s financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Monitor and manage cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Support the Controller in various financial projects and analyses.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an auto dealership is Mandatory
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
