**Company Description**
At City Vibe Developments, it’s all about providing an exceptional experience for our tenants. With multi-residential properties located throughout Edmonton and Calgary, we strive for excellence and are proud to offer luxury, open concept living within the rental market.
Our team is looking for a dynamic self-starter to fill the role of **Community Manager** for our growing portfolio of residential properties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to leasing inquiries and conduct site tours with prospective tenants
- Manage the move-in and move-out bookings, including the month-end calendar to ensure all bookings are accurate
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
- Manage the tenant files
- Handle all tenant correspondence in a timely manner
- Coordinate suite maintenance repairs and follow-up with the on-site technician
- Organize suite cleaning with the site team to ensure that all unit turnover work is completed prior to unit viewings or move-ins
- Collect rent payments if needed and post all notices (evictions and notice to enters)
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office setting and/or sales environment
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work independently at one site
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Effective written and oral communication
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Should be familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act and procedures
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
**Experience in property management and/or leasing is an asset, but not required.**

**Salary**: $48,000.00 per year
