Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Community Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our residential property. This role focuses on fostering a welcoming, vibrant, and inclusive environment for residents while maintaining the property to the highest standards. Applicants should be flexible and available to work during evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Property Readiness and Maintenance
- Guarantee that suites are ready for the market and well-maintained.
- Perform weekly inspections of the building, grounds, and vacant suites, and conduct annual suite inspections.

Tenant Relations
- Market the community to potential tenants, conduct property tours, and handle lease agreements.
- Oversee and coordinate all tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Distribute welcome packages and provide information on amenities, local services, emergency procedures, and community rules.
- Address resident complaints and violations promptly.

Budget and Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets, collect rent, and address delinquencies.

Property Rules and Compliance
- Enforce premises-related rules according to the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) and lease agreements.
- Ensure accurate allocation of parking spaces and storage areas in accordance with leases and license agreements.

Maintenance and Repairs
- Supervise maintenance and repairs, ensuring the community remains safe, clean, and appealing.
- Work with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to uphold the property’s standards.
- Manage the facilities according to agreement terms and ensure up-to-date distribution materials, such as incentives, pricing, and floor plans, for potential tenants.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property management.
- Familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Act.
- Experience in residential property management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations and best practices in property management.
- Proficiency in property management software.
