**Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in enhancing our property management division and ensuring the seamless integration of services that support our company's growth. As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in managing a portfolio of luxurious multi-family properties in the desirable north Edmonton communities.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of residential properties.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly.
- Implement property management best practices to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Utilize YARDI software for efficient property management processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline services and support growth initiatives.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate tenant maintenance requests to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Coordinate with contractors and tradesmen on service works.
- Prepare reports on property performance/deficiencies and tenant feedback.
- **Qualifications**:

- Experience in property leasing, administration, management or a related field.
- Experience in YARDI or similar property management software is an asset.
- Strong people and customer service skills with a focus on tenant relations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $42,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
