Clean Harbors** **is seeking a **Clean Pack Account Manager **responsible for quoting and assisting with lab packs within customer facilities, household hazardous waste (HHW) collections and lab moves. The primary location will be **Brantford, ON, **though travel will be required throughout** **the** **_Western Ontario territory_ (_Guelph, Hamilton, Niagara, London, Windsor and Sarnia_).
As a _Clean Pack Account Manager,_ you are responsible for growing the Clean Pack and T&D business, working in conjunction with the Regional Sales and Operations teams to develop and execute a sustainable business plan.

- Meet or exceed established revenue goals for the region and assist business units with net income objectives.
- Determine adequacy of present levels of service and recommend service adjustments or corrective action during customer service calls.
- Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
- Perform weekly reviews of accounts receivable reports and make collection calls when necessary.
- Attend and actively participate in business development meetings.
- Develop strategies to maximize pricing and profitability for all business lines.
- Ensure current contracts and purchase orders are in place prior to job execution.
- Responsible for generating new business by prospecting within assigned territory/region.
- Participate in pricing and execution plans for CleanPack and T&D opportunities to ensure that revenue and profitability will be maximized.
- Meet with customers to proactively resolve customer issues or complaints and maintain satisfactory customer relationships.
- Resolve job related issues such as billing, collections, customer issues and post-job follow-up.
- Other Duties as Assigned
- College or University level Chemistry, Biology or Environmental education required and/or equivalent experience.
- Technical or hazardous waste management experience.
- Previous Account Management/ Sales Experience.
- Reliable transportation and residing close to the Brantford area is preferred. Travel can include Guelph, Hamilton, Niagara, London, Windsor and Sarnia.
- Comfortable cold calling and face to face customer interaction.
- Knowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods - Transportation of Dangerous Good preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Works well independently and have a strong work ethic.
- Strong computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft.
- Salesforce or any CRM software experience highly preferred.
- Perform physical functions as per job requirements.
