**What You Will Do**
Assist in the management of accounts to ensure overall account performance including client satisfaction, sales growth and financial performance and profitability.
**Primary Duties**:
- Onboarding of new accounts
- Complete regular site audits to ensure accuracy of product information, content gaps/enhancements, promotions and marketing effectiveness
- Inspecting and uploading customers’ product reviews.
- Participate in regular calls with accounts
- Maintain strong partnerships with accounts
- Process customer orders
- Act as a liaison between accounts and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
- Works cross functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Warehouse to provide exceptional service, trouble shoot accounts
- Advocate for streamlined processes that will help create efficiencies and improve work flow
- Suggest opportunities to grow and scale brand presence and assortment
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Assist in the development of new products based on market opportunities, consumer needs and account feedback; assist in inventory forecasting efforts
**Requirements**:
- Service driven with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with mínimal guidance.
- Can work independently while also collaborate cross-functionally.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- EDI knowledge and experience an asset.
- Capacity to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
