**Job Overview** We are a busy family health clinic that provides care through family physicians and specialists. We’re looking for an HR Manager who can support our growing team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff. **Duties** - Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and employee relations. - Work closely with clinic leadership to support physicians, nurses, and administrative staff. - Manage payroll, benefits, vacation/sick leave tracking, and compliance with employment standards. - Develop policies, performance management, and staff development. - Help foster a positive, supportive workplace culture where staff feel valued. - Ensure HR practices follow healthcare regulations and professional standards. **Experience** - HR experience (3+ years) - Solid knowledge of Ontario employment laws and HR best practices. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Comfortable balancing administrative detail with people-focused leadership. - HR designation (CHRP/CHRL) is an asset but not required. **Working Hours and Flexibility** - Contract Position for 6 months, ends on 31st March 2026 - 32 hours per week - Flexibility for >50% of working hours from home as per operational needs. **Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Casual Contract length: 6 months Pay: $82,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
