Burlington, Canada Lot 88 Steakhouse & Bar Full time

Lot 88 is seeking a dynamic full-time Front-of-House Manager to lead the front-of-house flow for our new location in Burlington. Reporting to the General Manager, your ability to interact with guests, organize associates and coordinate the timing of the entire guest experience is essential to the floor operations. An eye for detail, cleanliness, and ability to lead by example will increase guest counts while maintaining a positive guest rapport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to multi-task in a casual dining setting
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and team leadership skills
- Effective communication with guests and associates, troubleshoot when necessary
- POS control i.e. promotions, discounts, sales tracking and associate cash-outs
- Uniform control and associate professional appearance adhered to
- Walk-in and reservation flow maintained
- Identify local marketing opportunities
- Maintain and control FOH inventory for adequate ordering purposes
- Maintain healthy numbers i.e. food costs and labour costs

- 3+ years Front-of-House management
- Training, coaching, leading
