Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant. Your high standards for operational success helps you achieve sales and transaction targets.
**In this position you will**:
- Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
- Manage the shift to ensuring all guests receive a positive experience in our restaurant
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
- Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
- Manage inventory and ordering.
- Manage the teams schedules

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must have a valid G license and reliable transportation
- Previous Tim Hortons experience is an asset
- 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience
- Flexible working schedule
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Friendly and outgoing
