Allteck is seeking a **Lane Closure Technician/ Office Admin Support** to join our operations team This position would be a hybrid opportunity with both administrative supervisory in office responsibilities as well as continuing to work at the field level as a lane closure technician.

**Role**:
The **Lane Closure Technician/ Office Admin Support** provides support to the Traffic Manager in various aspects pertaining to operations of the traffic control department. This includes permit requisitions, traffic control plan design, field level support for traffic control operations, and training. Additional responsibilities will include dispatch relief and support as well as general office administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and Dispatch
- Permit Requisition
- Traffic Management Plan Design
- Lane Closure Technician Duties
- Other duties as required, requested, or assigned

**Education, Training and Experience**
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in Traffic Control
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years' office experience
- Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Ticket

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Strong focus with professional external and internal staff relations
- Experience in MS Excel is required
- Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent and efficient detail-oriented data entry skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to represent our company in a professional manner
- Working knowledge of Invarion Launcher (Rapid Plan) an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.23-$28.23 per hour
