Allteck is seeking a **Traffic Control Supervisor/Lane Closure Technician** to join our operations team This position would be a hybrid opportunity with both administrative supervisory in office responsibilities as well as continuing to work at the field level as a lane closure technician.

**Role**:
The **Traffic Control Supervisor/Lane Closure Technician** provides support to the Traffic Manager in various aspects pertaining to operations of the traffic control department. This includes permit requisitions, traffic control plan design, field level support for traffic control operations such as attending incidents, performing inspections, and training. Additional responsibilities will include dispatch relief and support as well as general office administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and Dispatch
- Permit Requisition
- Traffic Management Plan Design
- Lane Closure Technician Duties
- Other duties as required, requested, or assigned

**Education, Training, and Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in Traffic Control
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years' office experience

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong focus with professional external and internal staff relations
- Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent and efficient detail-oriented data entry skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to represent company in a professional manner
- Working knowledge of Invarion Launcher (Rapid Plan) an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.23-$28.23 per hour
