VESTA Marble and Granite is seeking a Professional Installation / Warranty Service Coordinator to join our team on a long-term, full-time basis.

**Job Duties (included but not limited to)**:

- Collaborating with production team to create and maintain detailed master installation and service schedules.
- Obtaining detailed information from the appropriate resources.
- Prioritize projects and revise the schedule quickly to meet demands or re-prioritization needs.
- Detailing schedule constraints, site-activity durations and available manpower and resources.
- Communicate daily with a variety of internal departments that require updates to the schedule.
- Assessing the impact of design changes, scheduling slippages, and providing schedule updates to team and client as required.
- Issuing look-ahead schedules for weekly sub-trade and construction meetings.

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- 3+ experience in scheduling
- Data entry knowledge
- Managing schedules for a large company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Solid analytical skills to collect and interpret data
- Proficiency in understanding blueprints and contracts
- Outstanding decision-making skills
- Calm, professional demeanor
- Keen attention to detail
