**About the Role**:
As a **Sales/Intake Executive**, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for potential clients, acting as a trusted guide and brand ambassador for Share Lawyers. You’ll play a critical role in explaining the legal process, providing emotional support, and ensuring clients feel confident and cared for as they transition into our services.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Engage with potential clients to explain our services, the legal process, and next steps.
- Guide and manage potential clients until they officially retain Share Lawyers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient case handling.
- Review client information and assess case merits with precision and care.
- Perform other duties that contribute to the team’s success.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Education**: Law Degree (including foreign-trained) or Paralegal Certificate.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years in sales or customer service within a professional services environment (e.g., law, insurance, finance).
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales/acquisition targets.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication (English required; bilingualism is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Teamwork and people management skills.
- A self-motivated mindset with a drive to help individuals in crisis.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to exceeding performance goals.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Familiarity with STD/LTD/Disability Benefits/Insurance claims.
- Experience in personal injury law.
- Fluency in French or other languages.

**Schedule**
- Primarily business hours, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
- Monday to Friday availability required.
