**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Administration of Performance Margin Program & Premier Dealer Program
- Supports the development of the annual dealer steering programs
- Conducts detailed quarterly performance assessment and presents to management
- Works closely with the accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate payments
- Develops & maintains the MicroStragey PMR & PDR Dashboard to provide accurate monthly reporting to BDMs and dealers
- Works closely with PCL SMEs to acquire accurate and timely data for use in reporting and PBE
- Effectively manages Premier Dealer Events by coordinating flights, hotels, restaurants and track experiences
- Manages Premier Dealer Program budget
- Financials
- Subject Matter Expert internal dealer financial analytics system
- Single point of contact for dealer controllers
- Develops and circulates annual dealer controller resources: updated financial statement, COA, FS Submission Schedule, Account Mapping template
- Develop and implement dealer financial statement template based on the strategic needs of PCL, working closely with the DMS providers and internal dealer financial analytics system account manager
- Calculates and monitors Dealer Floor Plan & Working Capital requirements
- Monthly dealer financial statement review
- Market Analysis:

- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports for PCL Management and Dealers that highlight and compare market performance by Dealer, Region, and National
- Provide detailed analysis of current Porsche Centre performance. Deliver enhanced financial and KPI reporting and analysis of monthly Dealer results
- Provide supporting data and recommendations to Regional Management to review and develop action plans with Dealers.
- Support PCL’s long-term network planning process by utilizing software tools to complete market study’s which evaluate the opportunity to introduce new Porsche Centre’s or new retail formats. Create reports, maps and presentations that will support Retail Development decisions.
- Calculate both current and future service capacity requirements by utilizing internal KPI’s, forecasted sales and current vehicles in operation data.
- Identify additional market opportunities through cross-referencing registration data in the software mapping tool with existing customer data.
- SME for Dealer Strategy and associated projects:

- Support the BDMs in steering the dealer network to achieve their individual Dealer Strategy 2030 opportunities
- Coordinate annual Dealer Strategy Review
- Coordinate and manage projects related to strategic topics identified
- PPN:

- Manage the Porsche Partner Network (PPN) internal website. Support both internal and dealership users on a daily basis, addressing user access and setup concerns by working closely with PCNA IT. Manage PPN transitions during Buy/Sells

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent background in a related field of study.

**Experience (Job and Industry)**:

- Previous work experience in a corporate environment required with automotive preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ in a similar position (market analysis) preferred
- Knowledge of, and passion for the automotive industry is an asset
- Languages (French) is an asset but not a requirement
