Responsibilities Attending to requirements gathering meetings Writing Business Requirement Documents with adequate inputs Mapping of requirements to the modules/features Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business Defining business requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field 13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong knowledge of digital channels is required Proven experience in digital banking, including comprehensive knowledge of mobile and internet banking features and functionalities Thorough understanding of at least one of the Retail Banking Operations or Functions like Card Operations, Digital Banking, Retail On boarding and Account Opening Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and process flows using tools such as MS Visio, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD Knowledge of UI/UX standards and experience with design mockups is an asset Experience in writing documentation for software applications or products Ability to prioritize the requirements Ability to consult the solution and development team Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills A high level of English proficiency is required About VeriPark We are a global technology company with more than two decades of expertise in the Financial Services industry.
