**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the implementation of I**FS EAM solutions**, ensuring alignment with client business needs.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for system improvements.
- Configure and customize** IFS EAM** modules based on business requirements.
- Provide guidance on best practices for asset management, preventive maintenance, and work order management within IFS.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Deliver training and support to end-users on IFS EAM functionalities.
- Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting for IFS EAM implementations.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support post-implementation.
- Stay up to date with IFS product updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 5+ years of experience in **ERP EAM implementation and consulting.**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of IFS Applications, particularly the EAM module.
- Experience with IFS configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Understanding of SQL, Crystal Reports, and IFS Data Migration tools is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, aerospace, or asset-intensive sectors is preferred.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- **Certifications**: IFS certifications in EAM or related modules are a plus.
