Job Description Summary

We have a requirement a specific cleaning contract for 2 days a week at a professional medical clinic in the Belleville area. Requires meticulous cleaning capability, some commercial or high end residential cleaning experience preferred. Cleaning performed in the evenings.

Shifts Available for Part-Time Positions:
- Evening Shift - start time approximately 7:30pm

Beneficial Experience:

- High End Residential Home cleaning

As a subcontractor:

- Must have valid insurance coverage
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Must have other regular work, this can not be your sole work

TYPICAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sweep, mop, and wash floors - meticulous attention to floor detail
- Use light commercial floor equipment
- Backpack Vacuum experience
- Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas. Spot clean and shampoo when directed. Clean and dust furniture, chairs, door trim, baseboards, and all other horizontal surfaces including periodic high dusting
- Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior
- Clean interior and exterior windows, offices only have 1 floor
- Clean Kitchenette and any sinks or exterior of appliances
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies. Standard bathroom procedures are to damp wipe glass surfaces, empty waste baskets, service soap and toilet paper dispensers, dust sills, clean tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, sweep/mop/scrub floors, etc.
- Monitor and report possible defects such as clogged urinals and non-working lights
- Collect building trash placing it in approved location and place in designated collection area for subsequent removal
- Any other duties as required

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to communicate in English
- Must be able to lift 40lbs regularly
- Must have own transportation
- Must be able to follow directions, to work with mínimal supervision, and to function cooperatively
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
- Use a portable vacuum cleaner - backpack style (or other) as needed
- Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
