**Role Overview**:
As an independent contractor with Kleanhive, you manage your own schedule, select the jobs you wish to undertake, and operate under your own business entity. This role is ideal for individuals who:

- Are self-motivated and take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services.
- Desire control over their work hours and client engagements.
- Possess the necessary tools and transportation to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to high standards.
- Handle specialized cleaning requests such as deep cleans and move-in/move-out services.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and fulfill specific cleaning needs.
- Manage your own supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for each job.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
- Ownership of cleaning supplies, including a mop and vacuum.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
