**Job Description**:
This position assists the 2 Bloor Street East property management team in achieving property and operational objectives. The role is also responsible for establishing and achieving excellent tenant relations with office-retail throughout the complex; driving the organizational culture that fosters open communication and coordinate efforts towards achieving common goals. The focus and objective of this position is to ensure and fulfill tenant requirements and increase tenant satisfaction.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ensure office and retail tenant needs are being met and liaise with all department heads to ensure any and all tenant and landlord concerns are being addressed, including accounting, moves, events and operational concerns.
Assist with various aspects of tenant move-in/move-out and ensure that all departments meet their responsibilities.
Assist with creation and execution of content for axiis tenant app including events, promotions and publicizing tenant programs.
Assist with the organization and management of external events and the organization of all internal events, ie. Holiday Activations, Earth Week, Tenant Appreciation, etc.
Prepare tenant correspondence as needed and respond personally to tenant inquiries and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with the management of the lease administration process, ensuring all property specific deals are entered and tracked on a timely basis.
Responsible for the day-to-day accounting issues, management of tenant receivables and questions from tenants.
Review invoices and accounts receivables monthly and communicate with Accounting and Management as necessary.
Verify and input monthly tenant billing via Angus
Responsible for the management of outstanding tenant accounts, prebills and yearly adjustments.
Assist with coordinating the day-to-day responsibilities of the administrative staff, ensuring they function as a part of the whole team in the conduct of their responsibilities and all deadlines are met.
Coordinate to ensure all departmental procedures and policies are implemented.
Assist with the implementation of the recycling program within tenant space and work with tenants to comply.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Assistant Property Manager.

**SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS**:
**EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**:
3-5 years of experience in property management experience, specifically in retail and tenant relations.
Supervisory experience an asset.
Advanced level skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Aptitude for math and numbers

**EDUCATION/ DESIGNATIONS/ LICENSES**:
Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
