As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensuring food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and freshness
- Following proper food handling procedures and food safety guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the kitchen
- Assisting other cooks and staff as needed

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience working in the food industry or as a cook in a restaurant
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in food handling and food preparation techniques
