We are seeking a results-driven Technical Business Analyst to join our team.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business and technical teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business user and technical requirements
- Support all phases of development life cycle including analysis, testing, and deployment of solutions, post-production support, documentation, and end-user training
- Write business cases for upcoming initiatives including gathering all relevant inputs, technical constraints & assumptions, quantitative and qualitative business value
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional business groups to define business requirements and convert into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes as well as enhancing them
- Analyze and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Lead and complete smaller projects or initiatives
- Research third party tools to meet business needs
- Engage 3rd party vendors and consultants as required for successful project execution
- Document business process flows and user journeys
- Perform ad hoc report development activities using technical tools such as SQL and PowerBI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the multi-family industry

**Experience and Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role (minimum 10 years)
- Experience with Supply Chain systems and processes (minimum 2 years)

**Technical Requirements**:

- Proficiency in business analysis models such as SWOT analysis, root cause analysis, business process modeling, stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, and more
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: Advanced SQL for accessing data and manipulating data, ability to write complex queries, complex joins and nested queries
- Data visualization skills for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data from various sources (PowerBI, charts, graphs), Excel
- A strong foundational understanding of coding patterns and software development principles to effectively collaborate with technical teams and consider technical feasibility when proposing solutions
- A strong understanding of API’s, data mapping, and integrations
- A strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques such as correlation/regression, standard deviation, and variance analysis
- Basic understanding of machine learning and AI and potential impacts to technology trends
- Experience working in SCRUM teams and agile environments. Exposure to collaborative tools such as Microsoft DevOps would be advantageous

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, as well as ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and project needs
- Understanding and navigating the impact of changes on business processes, IT systems, and people
