As Softchoice’s **Enterprise Sales Manager, **your job is to create opportunity in a rapidly changing industry, taking back control of the sales conversation and delivering customer experiences that build true loyalty. With an ambitious growth target in Softchoice’s sights, you play an instrumental role in building the team, capacity and differentiated services to get us there. So how will you do it? Reporting into the VP of Enterprise, the Enterprise Sales Manager will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives that are responsible for maintaining and growing existing clients, while generating new clients/logos for Softchoice in the Enterprise space. This leader will drive growth in overall business diversity, profit, new clients and brand within their assigned market. The Enterprise Sales Manager will support the team in positioning Softchoice’s unique value proposition in order to drive technology solutions including product (software and hardware), professional services and managed services within current and potential Enterprise clients and the Softchoice Partner community. The Enterprise Sales Manager will play an essential role in the success and growth of the overall sales team. This leader possesses exceptional leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit, while having a passion for developing and inspiring people. **What you'll do**: - Lead and manage Enterprise Account Executives performance through regular 1:1s, coaching, sales strategizing and when necessary, formal performance improvement planning - Support the Enterprise Account Executives in driving and closing strategic and complex deals - Develop and execute against a strong daily/weekly/monthly sales management process through key performance indicators such as appointments and pipeline management - Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded consistently - Create and implement a business strategy to expand revenue and profit in the sales territory, and to retain and grow the existing customer base - Execute on marketing campaigns, events and programs that will enable the team to drive sales growth - Align with key technology vendors/partners in the local market and maintain regular cadence - Work closely with Telesales management & other key internal departments on sales strategy, customer touch, and sales results - Act as an escalation point to customers, both internal & external; to constantly improve the customer experience - Keep updated on product and industry knowledge **What you'll bring to the table**: - 5 years’ experience of strategic sales experience - Strategic accounting planning and execution skills - Experience leading large complex engagements - Ability to navigate and understand complex customer environments from a people and organizational perspective - Ability to define strategic and tactical business plans and cases - Proven track record of success "overachieving" on sales targets - Experience setting and achieving aggressive sales targets - Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to inspire, influence and mobilize key resources to achieve objectives - Passion, energy and determination - Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit - Complete understanding of the Softchoice Value Proposition, Point of Views (POVs) and unique position in the marketplace. - High school diploma or equivalent, preferred We understand that not everyone brings 100% of the skills and experience for the role.
