Reporting to the Manager, Products and Services, the **Products and Services Coordinator** plays a key role in supporting the evolving landscape of procedural, policy, and product areas. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and effective communication and service delivery. They will focus on implementing omni-channel initiatives, ensuring seamless and consistent service across both physical and virtual branches.

**You would**
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for products and services throughout the project management lifecycle—from inception to retirement—ensuring alignment with member needs and business objectives Identify clearing items that have been rejected and obtain correct information.
- Assist in the coordination of intake processes for new product and service ideas, enhancements, or changes.
- Prioritize initiatives and implements improvements across teams to ensure product/service relevancy and impact.
- Conduct capability management to enhance product and service delivery, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to members, adhering to quality standards and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Facilitate change communications for product and service updates, launches, and service delivery improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training on products and services, ensuring smooth execution and staff preparedness
- Develop and maintains strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and system partners.
- Assist in developing and maintaining analytics frameworks to monitor product lifecycle performance and service delivery efficiency.
- Represent the Credit Union at system conferences, events, and community initiatives.
- Complete other duties and projects assigned.

**You have**
- Successfully completed a degree in Business, Commerce or related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial industry; or an equivalent combination of training and related work experience. Experience in lending is considered an asset.

- An excellent communicator both oral and written with strong presentation and documentation skills.
