For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trend in our markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers all over the world improve efficiency, save resources, and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. You will play a key support role for the Sales team, preparing pricing reviews & providing exceptional sales support for our emergency lighting products within Canada & USA. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in bringing efficient and effective solutions to customers.
**Your responsibilities**:
- The primary focus of this position would be directing sales in the businesses approach to market.
- Supporting your Sales colleagues to determine the optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Providing support and input in meetings, product presentations and interpret special requirements & indicate them on order according to procedure.
- Responding to technical queries from engineering teams and delivering vital information to risk reviews.
- Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through market intelligence and insight from Sales teams.
- Suggestion of products and equivalence of competitors, to external sales, distributors, and contractors/user.
- Provide RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) information to outside sales and validate approvals with customer service.
**Your background**:
- Post-Graduate Education with three to five years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable with multiple technologies and computer proficient.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as PDF Exchange Editor.
- Time and task Management.
- Driven and motivated with the ability to proactively identify problems and bring them to the attention of management.
- Team mind-set with ability to work cooperatively with others.
