With your expertise in cabinetry sales, design, and Lean principles, you’ll help optimize processes, drive growth, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. **Base Salary Range is between**
$85,000 - $95,000 CAD. Additional commission is tied to profitability of jobs. This typically amounts to an additional 10-20% of base salary.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Lead and develop sales team - train, mentor, and motivate team members in Lean practices to achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Implement lean strategies for sales efficiency - use lean methodologies to streamline sales process, eliminate inefficiencies, and maximize value for the client.
- Drive sales growth - develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets, attract new business, and expand Creative Woodcraft market share on Vancouver Island.
- Track and analyze key metrics - lead daily Kanban & monthly sales meeting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and designers
- Manage the end to end sales process with the customer.
- Develop detailed cabinetry drawings, and quotations based on project requirements and design criteria.
- Conduct on site layouts & final measures.
- Provide exceptional design services within Cabinet Vision software, while ensuring customer is clear on their quote, expectations of deliverables, and CW's sales processes
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of latest industry trends
- Work collaboratively with various departments and team members
- Perform other duties as required
**What You'll Bring to the Team**

- High level of proficiency with Cabinet Vision or Similar Design Software
