The **Hive/CAMP Manager**oversees and provides supervision to health professionals working in interdisciplinary teams providing specialized health services for people living with, at risk of, and affected by HIV/AIDS, people seeking gender-affirming care, and people with barriers to accessing health care who are seeking pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care up to 8 weeks after birth. This role will also work closely with other local and regional social service and health care Organizations and AIDS Services Organizations (ASOs) to support and strengthen integrated, wrap-around, team-based care for clients. This position will develop and strengthen regional partnerships in Guelph, Wellington, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Grey and Dufferin Counties.

**PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES**

**Medical/Clinical**
- Oversee operations of Hive Health Services clinical and allied health teams and CAMP team build relationships and work in collaboration with community partners, community-based HIV support, prevention and harm reductions services, primary care providers and specialists
- Work with the Director and Clinical Team members to promote leading patient delivery models, and implement best practices related to high quality HIV, Gender-Affirming Care, and community-based midwifery care
- Develop, update and maintain program policies and procedures
- Manage assigned programs and ensure the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to community programs and services.
- Work with the Director to establish program direction for client services and adherence to Centre’s philosophy of service delivery
- Work with the Director and Clinical Team to provide strategic planning, implementation management, and ongoing evaluation of programs and services.

**Organization**
- Work in collaboration as a member of the Guelph CHC Leadership Team to support the implementation of strategic plans, objectives, and programs and services
- Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections and expense and revenue estimates. Analyze and monitor actual budget performance and address variances.
- Provide oversight of the management of program budgets with internal support.
- Institute necessary modifications to procedures and clinic resource commitments as financial changes dictate.
- Assists in the development, monitoring, and analysis of continuous quality improvement and clinical initiatives.
- Support the evaluation of programs and work with the team to identify and implement improvements.

**Human Resources**
- Create an empowering work environment for the team that supports knowledge development and integration and leads change management.
- Recruit, train and oversee performance management of the team members.
- Ensure the team has the appropriate skill mix to support the delivery of care programs, including identifying learning and development opportunities for team training.
- Ensure best practices/learnings are leveraged from various teams, bringing a quality improvement focus for staff.
- Plan, assign, supervise and evaluate the work of staff or contract employees, providing supervision, leadership and appraisal of job performance.

**Program Analysis**
- Oversee and coordinate all funder reporting, relationship management and program planning with the Ministry of Health.
- Prepare reports and compile statistics, develop program plan, prepare and monitor budget and approve expenses, oversee the information system, data collection and analysis
- Schedule multidisciplinary care conferences with care team
- Ensure annual review of all signed medical directives
- Ensure compliance with centre and funder policies and procedures
