**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage clinic staff, including MOAs and administrative personnel.
- Oversee patient care operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain budgets to ensure financial health of the clinic.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure proper documentation practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns and feedback to foster a positive clinic environment.
- Ensure that all staff are trained in medical terminology and clinic protocols.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a medical office or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of acute care practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in a healthcare context.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems, Healthquest is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A background in a related healthcare field is preferred but not required.
