Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, prep, and coordinate catering events from start to finish
- Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with clients to create customized menus and meet their needs
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of cooking in catering or upscale restaurant setting
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or related field
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Experience in catering scheduling is a plus
- Background in hotel or event management is advantageous
- Proficient in interviewing and training staff to deliver exceptional service

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
