Customer Service Representative

Looking for qualified and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to assist our operation team in servicing our expanding customer base in a busy warehouse distribution facility.
**Skills and Abilities**:
Good organizational skills while working in a fast paced time sensitive environment.
Detail oriented, good audit skills and ability to pro-actively identify exceptions.
Attention to detail, including accurate and efficient key boarding skills.
Ability to communicate in a clear, effective, and respectful manner.
Excellent customer service skills, and a good team player.
Proactive in addressing inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Multi-tasking efficiently and effectively with minimum disruption or supervision.
Efficient in keyboarding and Microsoft Office (Excel / Word/ outlook).
**Responsibilities**:
Shipment tracking and tracing, data entry.
Preparing documents for pick up and deliveries following set procedures.
Communicating with warehouse staff regularly regarding shipments availability.
Handling imports and export files by gathering billing info needed to process invoices.
Provide back up support for other Customer Service Reps.
Assist with job functions pertaining to other desks.
**Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring client satisfaction. Your core skills in communication, and customer service will enable you to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, will assist you in managing data entry and organizational tasks.
