For 30 years Premium Tire Distributors has been providing quality service throughout the GTA.
We are currently expanding our operations and are seeking mature experienced individuals to join our team. If you are a hard working, dedicated team player with customer service experience then we would like to hear from you.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
**AS a Customer Service Representative YOU WILL**:Assist and work closely with other Sales Representatives on daily order processing decisions. Accurately record detailed client requirements on sales orders. Receive and process orders from a web based system. Update and reorder stock items. Keep Sales Processing organized and on track through to order completion. Have a sense of urgency with great decision making skills and ability to prioritise. Manage a large volume of online and telephone orders. Have previous experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel. Be involved in tracking and assisting with delivery drivers and warehouse staff. Maintain new and existing policies and procedures. Provide the Sales team with support on new and ongoing projects.
**AS a Customer Service Representative YOU HAVE**:Completed high school, post secondary preferred. Strong written, oral, listening communication skills. 1-3 years experience as a Customer Service/ Order Desk or similar role. The ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, family business. Self confident and self motivated. Consistently driven to exceed expectations. Flexible personality with an ability to handle change in an organized and efficient manner. Proactive and effective team player, who manages many tasks and projects at once. A hands on, go getter who finishes what they start.
Required experience:
- 1 year minimum Customer Service year
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
