**Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher PART-TIME**

**9:00 am shift. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday only.**

Our **Corporate** division is seeking a positive, dynamic and highly professional individual to fill the role of **PART-TIME Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper **for our **Quarry Park Cafeteria**

This position offers excellent potential to grow and develop your skills, so a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

General Responsibilities:

- Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment following all Sodexo, client and regulatory rules and procedures.
- Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine.
- ▪ Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and equipment.▪ Sweeps, mops, and cleans floors as needed.▪ Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.▪ Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such aspantry and dish room.▪ Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.▪ Polishes silver.▪ Wash pots.▪ Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.▪ Attends all allergy and foodborne illness in-service training.▪ Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.▪ Complies with all Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures.▪ Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.▪ Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.▪ May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Experience/Knowledge:

- No related work experience required.
- Skills/Aptitude:

- Presents self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
- Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.
- License/Qualifications

- Must comply with any dress code requirements.
- Maintains a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work mornings Monday to Friday.
- Complies with all Sodexo time and attendance policies and/or client operating hours.
- Physical Requirements:

- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
- Significant walking or other means of mobility.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 15.88 kilograms /
- 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 22.68 kilograms / 50 pounds.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
