**What We’re Looking For**

We’re hiring a versatile and reliable Kitchen Help/BOH Suppor**t* team member to join our back-of-house operations. Applicants**MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1+ years of kitchen experience*, enjoys hands-on prep and production work, and values a collaborative, respectful team dynamic. This role includes food prep, deep frying, cutting fish, and dishwashing—a bit of everything.

This position also offers **opportunities for growth and skill development** as we continue to expand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients, cut fish, and assist in food assembly according to restaurant standards
- Operate kitchen equipment (e.g. deep fryer) safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
- Communicate and collaborate with the team during service to ensure quality and efficiency
- Assist with general cleaning and dishwashing as needed

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent English REQUIRED** (spoken and written)
- **Minimum 1+ years of kitchen experience** required
- Experience with **Japanese & Asian cuisine** or seafood prep
- required
- Good knowledge of **food safety and sanitation** procedures
- Reliable, professional, and able to work well under pressure
- A team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 8-12 per week
