**Job Overview**

Crossbridge Immigration is a dynamic and client-focused immigration consultancy helping individuals, families, and employers navigate the Canadian immigration system with clarity and confidence. We specialize in economic, family, and employer-driven immigration pathways, including OINP, other PNPs, LMIA-based work permits, and spousal sponsorships. We're currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented **Immigration Case Manager** to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and appropriate services are provided.
- Manage and oversee a caseload of family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian immigration matters.
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks to document client interactions and updates in a timely manner.
- Track deadlines and monitor government correspondence (AORs, refusals, etc.).
- Provide administrative support including clerical duties such as filing and organizing documents.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in Canadian immigration case management (consultancy or legal firm).
- High attention to detail and ability to **manage multiple cases simultaneously**.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- In-depth understanding of Canadian immigration programs, especially OINP, PNPs, LMIA, and family sponsorships.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation purposes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A commitment to providing high-quality support to clients in need.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
