Our London, Ontario branch is currently seeking a skilled and energetic individual to join our outside sales team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- working directly with end users to ensure customer service levels are met or exceeded
- cold-calling on potential customers and educating them on our products and services
- working directly with our suppliers to identify solutions for our customers
- working with our suppliers to provide training and value added services for our end user customers
- maintain cooperative and productive team relations
- maintaining efficient communications with our inside sales staff to ensure customer quotations, orders, and other inquiries are looked after in a timely manner
- willingness to go above and beyond customers' expectations

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3+ years outside sales experience
- Experience with bearing and power transmission products (gearboxes, couplings, roller chain, electric motors, conveyors, belt drives, etc.) preferred
- driven to succeed and has continuous drive to learn
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- mechanically inclined
- must conduct themselves in a professional manner
- ability to learn new software programs and has an understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
