**Job Summary**:
Futureways Education Consultants is seeking a dynamic and multilingual Student Advisor & Admissions Coordinator to engage with prospective students in Hindi, Punjabi, and English. This role involves making outbound calls to explain academic programs, job prospects, and available government grants (such as OSAP and Second Career), as well as assisting with the enrollment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Communication & Outreach**
- Make outbound calls to prospective students courteously and professionally.
- The availability of content on social media through self-recording.
- Explain program offerings clearly, including course content, career opportunities, and pathways.
- Provide accurate information about available government funding and grants (e.g., OSAP, Second Career, Better Jobs Ontario).

**Student Counseling & Admissions**
- Assess the educational needs and goals of potential students.
- Match students with suitable programs based on their background and aspirations.
- Schedule appointments and consultations with educational consultants or program managers.

**Administrative Support**
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or database.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure high conversion rates.

**Multilingual Support**
- Communicate effectively in Hindi, Punjabi, and English to support students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Translate key information for non-English speaking applicants when necessary.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Provide feedback on student inquiries and concerns to help improve services.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **Hindi, Punjabi, and English**.
- Prior experience in education consulting, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of government-funded programs such as **OSAP**, **Second Career**, or **Better Jobs Ontario** is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and organizational ability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Work Location: In person
