**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients with courtesy and professionalism;
- Answer phone calls;
- Refer clients/patients to the appropriate service;
- Advise customers on the various products, while ensuring that their needs are met;
- Make appointments, reminders and confirm them;
- Opening and updating patient records;
- Perform tasks related to invoicing on receipt of products for sale;
- Other administrative tasks.
