**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the entire Marketing and Communications department in the organization of various projects (coordination of marketing campaigns, analysis of specific data and development and implementation of marketing strategies related to rental activities). The team currently consists of:

- Director of Communications and Investment Relations
- Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator
- Communications and Marketing Intern

**Presentation of the position**
- Assistant_
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
- Maintain databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Assist in the organization of events and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Evaluate data and report on key metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness and analyze trends.
- Submit ideas for innovative marketing initiatives to amplify the company's visibility.
- All other related tasks.

- Create, write and publish content on social media.
- Use marketing analytics techniques to collect and interpret important data (social media, SEO, etc.).and develop new strategies to reach new audiences.
- Keep the corporate website up to date.

- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations (brochures, flyers, etc.) to strengthen BTB's presence in the rental market. Keep them up to date as necessary.
- Manage the online marketing of rental activities (CoStar/Loopnet, Altus, Fin Space) and participate in the development of the monthly newsletter concerning the list of rental availability.
- Support and develop marketing techniques to maintain excellent relationships with our customers/tenants (conducting interviews, collecting testimonials, sending annual satisfaction surveys).
- Coordinate the standardization of the BTB brand within its properties, mainly through rental signage (visibility within the properties, posters, billboards, directories, digital campaigns, etc.).
- Coordinate external events for cross-marketing (in conjunction with external collaborators).
- All other related tasks.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising or any other field deemed relevant.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Good knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Good knowledge of project management software and high level of organization.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
- Good understanding of databases and market research techniques.
- Ability to communicate directly with external agents and foster trusting relationships.
- Knowledge of the real estate field is an asset.
