**Hours: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm (Monday - Thursday), 10:00 am - 5:15 pm (Friday)**
**Your key responsibilities**
- This role has a 50% inbound sales component / 50% admin and data entry component
- Provide support to customers regarding products, services and policies
- Assist customers utilizing the appropriate resources
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Stay up-to-date with new products, features and industry trends
- Create and process orders in a timely manner
- Process customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prioritize administrative responsibilities
- Suggest sales process enhancements
- Record and report adverse reactions received from healthcare professionals and patients as per company Pharmacovigilance procedures
**Skills, knowledge and abilities**
- College/Cegep degree with science background is an asset
- 1+ year of call center or sales support environment experience or
- Three (3) to five (5) years customer service experience
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to upsell products and services
- Strong listening skills, very customer focused and professional.
- Analytical, multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent team working, motivational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates values and has the ability to make connections, build trust and be authentic
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel) required
- Experience working with a CRM (Creatio an asset)
- Excellent communication skills; Fluent French and English (oral & written) required
