**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated **Sales Representative** to join the Neoclimat team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for meeting with qualified leads (provided by Neoclimat), presenting our range of insulation and HVAC solutions, and closing sales.

This position is **commission-based (10%)**, offering strong earning potential for driven and customer-focused individuals.

**Responsibilities**
- Contact and follow up with **qualified leads provided by Neoclimat**.
- Conduct **on-site or virtual consultations** with clients to evaluate their needs.
- Present and explain **Neoclimat’s insulation, HVAC, and energy-efficiency solutions**.
- Prepare and deliver professional quotes and proposals.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **sales**, preferably in **HVAC, insulation, or construction-related** industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if field-based).

**Compensation**
- **Commission: 10% on all closed sales**.
- **Qualified leads are provided** by Neoclimat — no cold calling required.
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
