Working Foreman is to provide on-site leadership, management and direction of the construction projects assigned to him/her and to complete specific hands-on duties as assigned by the Company from time to time. The Working Foreman enforces company and project policies to ensure the project is constructed safely in accordance to plans and specifications and within the promised budgets and timelines. In the absence of a ASCO Site Superintendent on the jobsite, the Working Foreman is the ultimate enforcer of ASCO’s safety policies and OHSA regulations.

**Duties And Responsibilities**

Assume and oversee on-site construction activities daily as assigned by the Site Superintendent, or in his/her absence, assume and oversee the overall on-site construction activities.

Take the lead on productivity issues and monitor work performance and efficiency of employees and subcontractors to ensure projects plans and schedule is following and project is executed effectively and within budget;
Report and share on-going project information on a daily basis with the other members of the Project Teams;
Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules and management of subcontractor activities;
Ensure that the project is being constructed in compliance with the design and building code requirements;
Ensure that workmanship and products supplied meets with ASCO’s quality standards and industry standards;
Implement and enforce ASCO Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and procedures;
Document and report all injuries, fill out Notice of Injury/Accident Report;
Document and report all delays to project schedule of any and every nature and identify where possible the cause and responsible party of the delay;
