- Lead and coach our basketball rep teams with enthusiasm and positivity.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to improve players' skills and knowledge of the game.
- Motivate players to reach their full potential both on and off the court.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment where every player feels valued and encouraged.
- Ensure practices and games are well-organized, punctual, and productive.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them grow and develop as athletes.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall program and player experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous coaching experience, preferably in basketball or a related sport.
- High energy and enthusiasm for coaching and working with young athletes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute lesson plans tailored to different skill levels and age groups.
- Punctuality and reliability in attending practices, games, and team events.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping kids learn and succeed.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and required certifications.
