**Overview**:
This entry-level position offers hands-on experience with our Boys High School and Post-grad basketball teams. The National Team Assistant will work directly with coaches and athletes, supporting both on-court and off-court operations. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in coaching, athletics administration, or sports management.

**Note**: Housing is provided as part of this role, as the National Team Assistant will be responsible for supervising student housing and dorms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise student housing and dorms to ensure a safe and supportive living environment
- Film practices and games, assist with video analysis
- Support on-court instruction and individual skill development
- Track statistics and maintain records
- Assist head coaches with practices, games, and daily operations
- Manage equipment and transportation logistics
- Provide transportation for players and equipment as needed
- Contribute to social media and college placement efforts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in college or high school athletics (player, manager, or coach)
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- **Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (must be obtained prior to start date)**

- Experience with video analysis software (e.g., Hudl, Synergy)
- Previous coaching or team operations experience
- Desire to pursue a career in athletics

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
