Youth Basketball Coach

**Responsibilities**:

- Coach and mentor youth basketball players, ages 6-12, in fundamental skills and game strategies.
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate training sessions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their individual and team performance.
- Plan and organize team practices, drills, and game strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for youth development and a love for the game of basketball.
- Previous coaching experience, particularly with youth players.
- Knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive team culture.

**Qualifications**:

- At least one year of basketball teaching experience.
- Basketball coaching certification is a plus.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week
