1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the world's largest junk removal service, and we are now actively seeking Full-time Truck Team Members who aren’t afraid of labor work, chatting with customers, and have the ability to drive our junk trucks. We provide all the training, of course

**We offer flexible scheduling: ( We operate 7 days a week)**
- 4 days/week, 40-50 hrs./week

**Pay**:

- Team Average: $22 - $27/hour (base + profit share + credit card tips)
- Top performers frequently clear $30/hr. + more (cash tips, take-home junk treasures)
- **Performance Bonus**:Our bonus is better known as “Profit Share” Meaning you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. What better way to ensure you are both paid well, but also based on the level of effort you have put into each job

- Improve your driving (towards careers in AZ/DZ and lower your insurance rates)

**Typical Day**
- **DRIVING** our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Truck
- **LIFTING & LOADING** our customers junk, from their property into our truck
- **CUSTOMER SERVICE** to ensure every client is delighted to have their home cleaned up
- **SALES & NEGOTIATION** to find a great deal with our customers that helps them and increases your daily bonus
- **RECYCLING & DONATION** to pursue the best disposal options for all materials collected
- **TIME MANAGEMENT** to manage your day like you are running your own business

**What you bring to the company**:

- You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
- Possess a G valid driver’s license
- Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
- Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team
